🚚 DELIVERY:
- We setup our frame tents 1-4 days prior to your event date.
- We Take down our frame tents 1-4 days after your event date.
- Our Frame Tents can be setup on grass or concrete (hard surface), please be specific as we secure tents differently based on surface.
👧👦 OCCUPANCY:
- This tent fits 90 people with (9) 5 foot round tables
- This tent fits 96 people with (12) 8 foot rectangle tables

🤔WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
- ➡️Enough space for us to setup your rental (Check on bottom of page- Item dimensions and space needed for setup)
➡️1 dedicated electric outlet within 50 feet of setup if lights are needed- ➡️Tent Sidewalls and Tent Lighting are not included, but can be added for an additional fee
- ➡️Price is for outside drop off. Long distance, steps, or elevators may incur additional fees.

Please understand that the start and end times you select for your event indicate the period during which we guarantee the unit will be ready for your event. Delivery will take place before the start time, while pickup will occur after the end time of your event. Our office will contact you days before the event to discuss details. Please plan accordingly.
EXAMPLE:
You Rent a Frame Tent For Saturday June 22, 2024 and select event time 12pm to 8 pm.
Delivery Example- Crew can deliver your rental 1-4 days prior to June 22, 2024 (Based on how busy our team is that week). Our Office will contact you days prior to your event to go over delivery details.
Pickup Example- Crew can pickup your rental 1-4 days after June 22, 2024 after 8 pm (Based on how busy our team is that week). Our Office will provide Pickup details.
