40x40 Pole Tent
  1. POLE TENTS

Our Pole Tents, as suggested by the name, gets its support by poles and normally has one or more peaks depending on the size of the tent. Pole Tents must be staked into the ground, and cannot be set up on concrete or other hard surface, which makes them less versatile than some of our other tents.

30x30 Frame Tent

2. FRAME TENTS

One of the most common types of party tents out there are frame tents. Instead of Poles, frame tents uses a metal frame for support, and its a free standing tent so it can be set up on most solid surfaces. frame tents are more versatile compared to pole tents. Frame tents have metal pipes that are exposed inside the tent and can be left as they are to hand items such as lights, decorations, and layers of draoed fabric.

20x20 High peak Frame Tent with tables and chairs

3. Marquee Tents (High Peak Frame Tents)

The High Peak Frame Tent is a cross between the pole tent and the frame tent. It gives you the combination of the freestanding metal frame tent with the aesthetic of the pole tent’s peaked roof.

HOW MUCH SPACE DO YOU NEED FOR EACH TYPE OF TENT?

You should always allow a minimum of 5′ all around the perimeter of the tent in order for us to set up. That will mean if you order a 20’x30′ size tent , the area you need to have available for us would be 30’x40′. There are times we can work with smaller areas but customer is required to make us aware in advance to be prepared. All of our crews need space in order to work around the tent we are setting up. When it comes to our delivery vehicles, the closer we can park to the set up site, the better and easier. Make sure not to forget any tree branches are hanging down or anything else that can possibly interfere with the tent set up. Tent set up area must be clear. (If we arrive and area is not clear in order for us to start the tent set up, you will be charged a wait time fee.

FOR POLE TENTS: It’s best if you have an unobstructed space 20 feet  greater than the width and 20 feet greater than the length. For example if you want to rent a 30×45 Pole Tent you should have an unobstructed space of 50×65. We require a minimum of 10′ greater than the width and length.

HIGH PEAK & FRAME TENTS: Requires a minimum space of as little as 5 feet greater than the width and 5 feet greater than the length.

Testimonials

John Pena

Great team! Prices were great! They helped out so much and with a smile on their faces. Worked around our schedule with drop off and pick up. We rented everything for a small reception at home and it was perfectly beautiful! Highly recommend!

My compliments to PBJ for their professional set-up and take down.
We had a large 4th of July party and their chairs, tables and tent were all excellent condition. They also stand by their installation. Recommend Highly.
