  • Setup location must be clear of debris, obstacles, and hazards.

5. Customer Responsibilities

  • Adult supervision is required at all times when equipment is in use.
  • Equipment must be used safely and according to instructions provided.
  • The customer assumes responsibility for any damage, theft, or misuse of equipment during the rental period.

6. Safety and Liability

  • Use of rental equipment is at your own risk.
  • PBJ Bouncers & Party Rentals is not liable for injuries, damages, or accidents resulting from misuse or failure to follow safety guidelines.
  • The customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless PBJ Bouncers & Party Rentals from any claims arising from use of the equipment.

7. Weather Policy

  • For safety reasons, inflatables cannot be used in high winds, rain, or unsafe conditions.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or remove equipment if conditions are deemed unsafe.

8. Equipment Condition and Damage

  • Equipment is delivered clean and in good condition.
  • Any damage beyond normal wear and tear may result in additional charges.
  • Cleaning fees may apply if equipment is returned excessively dirty.

9. Permits and Regulations

  • The customer is responsible for obtaining any required permits or permissions.
  • The customer must comply with all local laws and regulations.

  • You agree not to misuse our website or attempt unauthorized access.
